"Glenda was born in Choctaw County, Mississippi. She grew up in Memphis and graduated from Treadwell High School. She, her husband Ronnie, and her two sons, Preston and Russell, now live on their farm in Arlington, TN.
Glenda does freelance artwork for World Wide Studios in Covington, TN. Her studies include work under Helen Stahl, Helen Larkin, Pam Cobb, and Elmer Blaylock.
In addition to limited edition prints, her completed works include: murals for a church and the Tipton County School system, an oil on canvas for Mark Twain Cafeteria, and illustrations for a book published by the Dyslexia Foundation of Memphis. Glenda is a member of the Tennessee Watercolor Society and Germantown Art League.
In 1987, she was commissioned by Rhodes College to do a special limited edition print. She holds many awards as well as ""Best of Show"" in several art shows."
