Jason Williamson is a Member of the American Watercolor Society, The National Watercolor Society, and an Honorary Lifetime Member of the Tennessee Watercolor Society, The Memphis Art Directors' Club, and Honorary Lifetime Member of the Memphis Watercolor Group. He is co-founder of the Tennessee Watercolor Society, The Southern Watercolor Society. The Memphis Watercolor Group, and the 22 x 30 Painters of Arizona. For numerous years he headed the Advertising Art Department of the Memphis Academy of Art and maintained an advertising art studio. He painted constantly and conducted many private workshops and classes in various media.
