A multi-talented complex man, he is an artist, outdoorsman, photographer, and entrepreneur. He brings a special sensitivity and enormous talent to any endeavor he undertakes. Authenticity plays a major part in Phillip's art. One of Phillip's passions is raising, training, judging, and painting Labrador retrievers. Considering his relatively short four year painting career, his rise to the top of the limited edition print has been nothing short of meteoric. Today, Phillip Crowe is a full-time, much honored and much admired artist. But, he is modest about his success and would probably lay claim to being an outdoorsman first, and an artist second.
